The Morgan Motor Company revealed the Supersport, a new car designed for daily use with a more refined look.
The Supersport promises to be the most refined and usable car from the Morgan Motor Company. The vehicle is a replacement for the Plus Six, which will soon be discontinued.
The Supersport uses a new CXV aluminum platform, designed to provide better handling for Morgan cars. The roof is the only part that is not made of aluminum, but the traditional ash wood is still present in the vehicle’s structure.
Matt Hole, CEO of Morgan since October 2024, oversaw much of the car’s development.
“The geometry has been completely changed, we removed universal joints from the steering box to provide a more direct feel,” he commented.

Designed for daily use, the new Morgan model features improvements such as reduced noise, vibrations in the seats, and roughness. The vehicle will also have a trunk.
The Supersport is the first Morgan vehicle equipped with Michelin tires, and the chassis is 10% stiffer than the Plus Six, with a carbon fiber option.
The car’s engine is BMW’s B58, a 3.0-liter inline six-cylinder engine delivering 335 hp and 500 Nm of torque, enabling acceleration from 0 to 100 km/h in 3.9 seconds and a top speed of 267 km/h.
The transmission remains the eight-speed ZF automatic, with no manual transmission option.
The production of the Supersport will begin soon at Morgan’s headquarters in Worcestershire, UK, with prices starting at $132,360.
